What's the difference between a soft strip and a full strip out?
A soft strip removes non-structural items such as fixtures, fittings, ceilings and floor coverings. A full strip out goes further, for example taking walls back to brick. We'll agree exactly what's coming out before we start.
Can you work in occupied buildings?
Tell us how the building is being used and we'll plan the work around it.
What if there's asbestos?
If lower-risk asbestos is found we can remove it as non-licensed work. Higher-risk materials need a licensed contractor, and we'll tell you if that applies.
